Hello and welcome to my site. If you have found yourself here then some much needed self care must be on your mind. My name is Ashley and I am a born and raised resident of beautiful Muskoka Ontario Canada. My amazing husband and I feel like there is no better place in the world to raise our Sweet family.

My draw to natural healing probably began as a young child as I played with herbs and collected beautiful stones, but actually manifested into my reality in 2016 when I began my awakening to my Spiritual and Energy healing gifts. The Rooted Healer is the true essence of who I am as a soul being full filling the purpose of why I was born into this life. Its a space for me to channel guidance, healing and hold space for those that need support on there healing journey. My super power is to see your beautiful Soul for who you truly are beneath the wounded layers; and help guide you back towards your true north; your sacred self. The person you truly came here to be.
About Me
My journey to healing really began after the arrival of my second son. I had reached a point in my life where I was tired of being tired, I was sick of feeling sick and I felt like I was just surviving and not truly living. Here I was married to my best friend, with 2 beautiful boys and I just felt like I didn't deserve any of it. It wasn’t until I was guided to take a reiki one course that everything in my life began to shift.
The year following that course I dove head first into all things spiritual, and besides my sweet family, I basically left everything from my life before that moment behind. I needed space to create something new and my soul knew I couldn’t do that without walking away from all that was familiar. I felt a passion in me that I had never felt. My draw to energy healing and connecting with spirit was so strong that I needed to give it all of my attention.
And within a few years I let go of a career in Massage Therapy and The Rooted Healer was born. My little healing practice means the world to me and where my authentic self comes to create, expand and heal beautiful souls. My treatments have and will continue to ebb, flow and evolve into whatever Source feels is my path to best serve humanity.

My soul guidance reading is a reading without questions, but instead is my way of revealing to you what your higher self, guides and Angels would like you to know right here and now. Ultimately Guiding you towards finding the truth that lies within your beautiful and unique soul. My hope is that through this reading you can begin to move any stagnant energy that may be blocking you from beginning or continuing down your healing path. We all have the ability to heal and live in complete alignment; we just need to trust that our bodies, minds and spirits hold the answers and will reveal the steps as we go.
These readings are done remotely and delivered to your email within 10 days of purchase.

Energy knows no space nor time so Energy Healings done in the comfort of your own home from a distance are just as beneficial as in person sessions.
After I complete the session at an agreed upon time, I will send you a detailed email of my findings and any guidance that came through.
I also love working with babies and they respond incredible well to reiki so please reach out if you feel like your little one could use a session.
